This Privacy Policy explains how TrustAjent ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 ("NDPA") and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulations 2023. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described here.

• Agent data: names, phone numbers, and locations submitted in agent profiles or reports.

We process your personal data on the following lawful bases: your consent; the performance of a contract with you; compliance with a legal obligation; and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Platform.

• To send service emails and community digests you opt into.
• To improve the Platform and measure usage.
