How verification works
TrustAjent uses three badge levels so you can see exactly what's been checked — and what hasn't.
Level 1
Phone Verified
The agent confirmed their phone number by entering a one-time code (OTP) sent to that number. This proves they control the number listed on their profile.
Level 2
ID & Business Checked
A TrustAjent admin reviewed the agent's government-issued ID and confirmed their CAC registration number — plus their ESVARBON or NIESV number where they have one.
Level 3
Proof-Backed Review
The reviewer uploaded supporting evidence — a receipt, transfer confirmation, or chat screenshot — and an admin confirmed it looks legitimate before the badge was added.
